Little did I know when I found my dad's old reel to reel, brushed away the cobwebs, and threaded my first roll of analog tape, that it would lead to all of this... an undeniable love of music, a passion for recording, and an endless journey of pushing my creative boundaries.

Like so many other's, Vinny's is a vaguely familiar story. He built his first air guitar at the age of 6 out of rubberbands and thumbtacks and started singing shortly thereafter. By seventh grade he had long outgrown that 1st guitar and was playing and recording songs in his cousin's studio and soldering circuit boards with his dad. By the time he graduated High School he had worked in a record store, a music store and was beginning to record and engineer local bands. It wasn't long after, Vinny worked as a DJ, in sales and began to set up his first demo studio. That led to a second, a third and on to his first commercial studio endeavors. He began setting up his next studio with his brother in Arizona and opened the doors to what is now known as Little Lost Dog. A steady stream of projects led them to yet another studio construction project, Lost Dog Studio.

By this time, the brothers were running a full commercial operation with 2200 square feet of studio and a staff of 3. Vinny had been Producing and engineering daily in his 7 years at Lost Dog in a diversity of styles of music. Rock, Americana, Country and Heavy Metal all became his forte' along with an ability to assist in the development of each artist. Lost Dog Recording was beginning to operate more like an independent label with the staff becoming more intertwined in each step of the artists careers. Assisting artists in pre-production, recording, mixing, mastering, marketing promotion, pitching and even scheduling of tours moved to the forefront of the operation. Vinny's knowledge of recording, production and development became a motivating factor in each project he took on and he began to realize it was once again time to push his creative boundaries. The "Brothers Constantine" split their successful business with Joe taking Cardboard Box Music and Vinny keeping Lost Dog Recording.

Vinny then began looking at New York, L.A. and Nashville for his next move finally choosing Nashville. It's hidden diversity in Music and close proximity to a multitude of music scenes throughout the region appealed greatly to his history of listening, producing and recording a diversity of music. Atlanta, Athens, Indianapolis, Memphis, St. Louis, and the delta provide an abundance of Rock, Blues, Americana, Semi acoustic rock and country throughout the region. The 150+ major and independent record label's, management companies, promotion agencies, recording facilities and every other aspect of the industry has provided Vinny with the continued focus on what he does best. Engineering, Producing and connecting resources that assist each artist he works with. Since arriving in Nashville Vinny continues to work on an assortment of projects as well as traveling the south enjoying its music, history, parks and forests.
